You sign up with your corporate email (no credit card) and get full access to Scan Agent for 14 days with 500 verifications to use as you need. Access to all lists (OFAC, UN, EU, UK, PEPs, Adverse Media), full EDD report and bulk upload via Excel/CSV. On day 7 we send you a reminder. On day 14, if you didn't pick a plan, the account becomes expired — we don't charge anything automatically because you never gave us a card.

Absolutely. We comply with LFPDPPP (Mexico), Law 1581 (Colombia), GDPR (EU) and Habeas Data regulations across LATAM. Your data is processed encrypted in transit, never sold, never shared with third parties and you can request deletion at any time.

For up to 100 records, the screening takes between 2 and 5 minutes. The PDF report is generated automatically once processing is complete and you can download it from your dashboard.

You receive a detailed report per match including: source list, exact position, brief description and AML recommendation. From the free dashboard you can enable Active Surveillance so the system alerts you whenever a counterparty appears in a new list.

Yes. The 14-day trial ends automatically without you having to do anything. If you bought a paid plan with the June promo, your service is active until December 2026 with a single one-month charge — you can cancel the automatic renewal for January 2027 from your dashboard at any time.

It's completely real. If you buy any paid plan today (June 2026), you pay a single month ($99, $249, $449 or $799 depending on the plan) and use Scan Agent through December 31, 2026 without paying the monthly fee for the following months. During those months of use only the overages above your monthly cap are billed (at $0.025 USD per additional verification). The sooner you buy, the more months of use you get: in June it's 7 months of use, in July 6, and so on until December when the promo closes. All plans auto-renew on January 1, 2027 at the monthly list price, and you can cancel from your dashboard anytime.

No. Each month you start with your full cap (2,500, 10,000, 25,000 or 50,000 depending on the plan) and what you did not use the previous month resets. It is the standard model for SaaS (same as Mailchimp, Twilio or SendGrid). If your volume is highly seasonal, we recommend picking the plan based on the peak, not the average.

Each verification above the monthly cap costs USD 0.025 and is charged automatically to the card on file at the end of the cycle. This applies during the months of use included in the promotion: the benefit covers the plan price, not the overages. No surprises: the dashboard shows real-time consumption and alerts you when you hit 80% of the cap. If you exceed the cap every month, it is worth upgrading to the next plan — the savings are usually significant.

Yes, as long as your portfolio does not exceed the monthly cap of the plan you choose. The engine processes up to 17,000 names in approximately 10-15 minutes in our real tests. If your portfolio exceeds the monthly cap, you can split it into spaced uploads or pick a higher plan. For volumes above 50,000 names per month, talk to us for an Enterprise quote.
